What does it say about me that my pile of “books to be read”, of which there are 30, [I buy them quicker than I read] ALL* of them are, in one way or another, mainly about death?
Lots. Of. Death.
Even “The Life of Pi” starts off with a boat sinking and all but a little boy surviving. It leaves me with the problem that if I’m not in the “death” mood, I’m really buggered for choice.
*All, that is, with exception of David Peace’s The Damned United, which is about Brian Clough and not about death. I think.
