Blue Man Sings The Whites

At the risk of sounding like an old blues record I woke up this morning [which given the alternative is a good thing] with a recurrence of my neck trouble. Not having to drive meant that I didn't actually need to take the day off sick - only fair really given the amount of actual "work" I'm doing.  The good news arrived with the post. First off the 3rd installment of David Ford's "Pages Torn..." EPs.  Nice to have the physical CD, as I hate the evil iChoons.  Second was the much anticipated and eagerly awaited, hand written lyric sheet from Thea Gilmore, as part of the Angels In The Abattoir package.  I don't know where in the writing cycle this was, but it's still legible. :) I shall have to get them framed.

Inverigo is my all time favourite Thea song and desert island disk #2. I was saddened when she dropped it from the set. I still remember the first time she played it live saying that she'd written it on Bob Dylan's birthday.
